Chocolate is always welcome in my kitchen. This recipe involves chocolate, coconut, banana, berries, and honey – and for breakfast, no less. This is a sweeter and more indulgent take on the traditional one-ingredient banana soft-serve. Enjoy first thing in the morning, as a snack, or for dessert.

- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 heaping tsp cocoa powder
- Berries for garnish
Peel and chop the banana and place into a ziplock bag. Let sit in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth and fluffy.
Serve with a garnish of berries, coconut flakes, and cocoa powder.
