Tomato Tahini Dressing

The only way having a salad every day before most meals without getting bored is to get creative with salad dressings. I use this recipe almost every day, except I rarely blend it. I simply add the ingredients to a bowl with greens. However, when blended, the flavor is more consistent throughout the salad and even more accentuated and delicious. This sauce is light and raw and will bring a little party to your salad bowl.

    oh Aylin! this looks amazing!

  • Ooh, nice! That looks rich and filling–great for those salads made up of 100% vegetables. 🙂

  • I am all about tahini dressing! Usually I just put a little bit of lemon, garlic and olive oil in it, but this would be a great recipe for the summer when I have lots of tomatoes to use!

This looks delicious, but what is a “nob” of garlic? Is that supposed to say “ginger?” Also, what are your thoughts on using Bragg’s Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce?

    • Thanks for the catch! I just changed it. Also, I think Bragg’s is just as great!
