The only way having a salad every day before most meals without getting bored is to get creative with salad dressings. I use this recipe almost every day, except I rarely blend it. I simply add the ingredients to a bowl with greens. However, when blended, the flavor is more consistent throughout the salad and even more accentuated and delicious. This sauce is light and raw and will bring a little party to your salad bowl.
Tomato Tahini Dressing
Prep Time: Less than 5 minutes

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (nama shoyu)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove
- 1-inch nob fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Enjoy with some salad greens and store the rest to enjoy over the next few days.
