Today’s post is a video tutorial of how to make Indian cauliflower rice. The dish is a delicious and lower-carb version of the original recipe and uses cleansing spices (yay turmeric!) and the heart-healthy coconut oil.
And, now that we’re getting a hang of working in my kitchen, I promise this is (and future videos will be) less awkward and confused looking than the first video. Although, I totally burned my mouth at the end there, but you’re smarter than that. Enjoy!
What you need:
- 1 cauliflower head
- 1 white onion
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Small nob fresh ginger, roughly chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
