I tried another one that is chopped in food processor then cook 1 cup of the cauliflower without water . When done add to the cauliflower ,1 egg beaten, 1 cup mozzaralla cheese, 1/2 teasppon chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of oregano,1/2 teaspoon garlic salt. spread out to a 9" circle and bake, says as a option you can brush with olive oil on top if want to help browning. i really like it and so did family and neighbor,I want to try it with the yogurt to see which one I liked best.
