No-Bore Bagel Sandwich

I eat this sandwich almost everyday, but only recently have been using a whole-wheat bagel as the bread. It contains health fat from the avocado, nutritious greens, and wholesome carbohydrates. It fills you up but doesn’t weigh you down.

Avocado & Tomato Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients (1 sandwich)

  • 1 wholewheat bagel
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 tsp of mustard
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Lettuce leaf
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of pepper

Instructions

Assemble the ingredients as you like onto a toasted whole-wheat bagel. Slice and enjoy!

    Avocado is one of my favorite sandwich ingredients–and with the new summer tomatoes, this sounds like a perfect lunch. Love it!
