For this dessert, the base of the caramel sauce is canned coconut milk and dates. That’s all there is to it, no lie. The ice cream is made from frozen bananas and chopped walnuts. Again, that’s all there is to it! It’s a quick, easy, and body-blessing way to satisfy your sweet tooth.
