This vanilla cake recipe is my new favorite. It’s lightly sweet and can be eaten for breakfast, dessert or sometime in between. I like to pair a piece with my morning coffee or drizzle it with honey for a late night snack. And there’s nothing to feel guilty about. It’s made with whole-wheat flour, almond milk, and honey. Not much more than that!
