Peach Mojito

One way to enjoy a cocktail without the guilt is to entirely nix the sugar and keep the ingredients simple and sweet in their natural form. For added sweetness, use a low/zero-glycemic sweetener, such as stevia. This peach mojito does just that. Fragrant herbs and luscious peaches make for a delightful happy-hour beverage that you don’t feel increasingly inclined to run off in the morning with each sip.
