VegNews: Vegan Lasagna

Check out my latest contribution to VegNews. I make this all the time and love to serve it to guests! It’s vegan and uses a sweet potato cheese that you could die for!

The most recent comments have been about the oil content in my vegan “cheese”. In the video, the editing makes it seem like I am adding more than is actually in the recipe, so I apologize if it seems to much. The recipe doesn’t call for that much, and my eyeballing skills need some work. I’m a Mediterranean girl, what can I say! Enjoy!
