These cheesy cups satisfy my craving for something warm and rustic without weighing me down. And it’s all so very easy – only several ingredients and a few minutes in the oven, and it’s done! Make sure to use goat or sheep’s cheese, because they are easier to digest and more body-friendly. Enjoy!
