Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic Infused Bulgur Rice

Ingredients (4-6 servings)
- 1 cup bulgur rice
- 2.5 cups water
- 1 large clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Let cook until the garlic begins to brown. Add the bulgur and stir with salt and pepper until all is evenly combined.
Pour the water into the pot, cover the pot with a lid, and once the mixture reaches a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer. Wait 10-15 minutes until all the water is absorbed. Serve and enjoy!
