Yesterday, I posted a vegan recipe for ground beef. Today, I put that ground beef to use in a spaghetti bolognese. Without the animal protein, you get yourself a delicious and filling pasta dish. Enjoy!

When the occasion calls, it’s good to have a solid substitute for what would otherwise be ground beef. This recipe uses crumbled tofu and bakes it with a simple combination of spices, soy sauce, and nut butter to create a delicious and perfect replacement for real beef. Enjoy!

Spicy Mint Seared Tofu

This recipe serves tofu in a very simple, yet fragrant way. Marinated in and olive oil mixture of fresh mint and spices, the tofu absorbs excellent flavor. Seared simply for a few minutes on both sides, the tofu takes about 5 minutes to completion. Enjoy!
