Head over to Greatist to get the recipe for my latest contribution — chocolate bark with dried fruit and cashews. The result looks super gourmet but was a cinch to put together. I opted for my favorite dried fruits — figs, raisins and apricots — and kept the cocoa content of the chocolate above 70%. When the cocoa content is that high, but not much higher, the chocolate remains appetizing and delightful but with much less sugar than other variations.
