Here’s a way to make chocolate more than just a dessert. Well, this dish could very well be a dessert, but it also makes for a fun snack or lunch. Tahini and chocolate are melted between two pieces of bread, with banana slices to offset the richness and add an element of lightness. The bread is toasted in a saucepan with butter. You can’t go wrong with this one and it’s not a huge dent in your diet if you keep the chocolate dark (at least 70%).
Tahini: is easy to digest. The sesame seeds are ground so finely that the paste is very easy to process. Tahini also is packed with various B vitamins, such as B2, B1, B15, and B5. The sesame butter gives you a boost in your daily dose of calcium.
