This vegan cheese party dip will attract taste buds young and old at the next party, and it’s vegan! Normal butter works well – that’s how I usually make it – but vegan butter fits the bill just fabulously. Served warm or cold, the cauliflower dip is packed with flavor despite the few ingredients. Cauliflower: is a great source of vitamin C and manganese, which help protect from free radical damage and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer. Cauliflower is also a rich source of the anti-inflammatory vitamin K as well as omega-3 fatty acids.
