I’ll be honest – nothing can quite replace the Turkey in all its symbolic glory. There are ways to mimic the look of a Turkey, but for me, a Thanksgiving feast is more about the side dishes and ways to make them tasty, varied, and festive. So I’ve collected all the recipes that are (mostly, if you are nitpicky about honey) vegan-Thanksgiving appropriate. Enjoy!
