Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter
- Small handful of dried fruit (chopped if not raisins)
- Small handful of fresh mint
Instructions
Cut 1-inch thick slices along the width of the apple. You should cut about 4 slices total. Spread nut butter on the face of all the slices. Top two of the slices with raisins and a few mint leaves. Close each of the slices with the two remaining slices.
