When I spotted rice paper at the supermarket, I realized I had never prepared anything for this blog using this ingredient. So, I grabbed it, when home, and prepared this easy and fresh spring roll lunch. To bring some added flavor, I quickly mixed together tahini with honey and soy sauce to make for the perfect dip.
