Growing up, my mom used to make this Turkish version of muammara every time we had people over. It is so flavorful from the garlic and spices and filling from the walnuts, you can’t have just one bite. Paired with toasted pita, crackers, or whatever you like, it gets your taste buds going. The only downside is garlicy breath, but it’s well worth the compromise. Enjoy!
