Cheesesteak isn’t normally my thing. It has all the components of a bad meal – low-quality meat, low-quality cheese, and low-quality bread. However, when you up the ante on the individual ingredients, or just one, you can take a dish to a whole new level of goodness. After this recipe, cheesesteak is suddenly apart of my diet. Enjoy!
