Milk-free Clam Chowder


In an attempt to remove the milk from clam chowder and give a little nutritional virtue to clam chowder, I ended up with this delicious clam chowder that tastes just like the real deal, only with coconut milk. Enjoy!

While dairy can stint your health and weight loss goals, coconut milk brings a glow in its place.
