I cut carbs from sandwiches by sticking with 1 slice of bread and using it as an edible plate of sorts. In this recipe, the ingredients are fresh, simple and incredibly filling! The standouts are you a goat or sheep-cheese based halloumi and hard-boiled eggs. The halloumi is salty and dense with flavor, while the eggs balance out the texture of the bread and fresh tomatoes.
