What better way to start a meal than with a savory bite? When I’m hungry, I’m usually looking for a salty fix, and tapenade is the best way to get it. Paired with a whole-grain or gluten-free toasted bread, the tapenade is a quick, delicious snack or appetizer that satisfies your taste buds and any bout of hunger. I like to begin a meal with tapenade, because it simply ignites my senses for the main course. Enjoy!
Savory glow:
Olives: are actually a fruit! They carry cardiovascular benefits with their monounsaturated fats and oleic acid. They are helpful in weight loss, because they are able to breakdown fats inside fat cells and get rid of belly fat and insulin sensitivity. Olives are also great sources of antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties. Olives are great for combating pain and boosting skin and hair health.
